Growth Product Lead at BairesDev

As a Growth Product Lead, you will guide the development and execution of growth product initiatives to support revenue growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, engineers, and designers, working with marketing teams, data, and leadership. Your role will involve supporting growth experiments, helping improve systems and processes, and identifying growth opportunities using data insights. This is a collaborative role suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is motivated by achieving positive business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

- Help develop and execute growth strategies to support company revenue initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and design growth initiatives that deliver business impact.
- Support people, processes, and systems to help improve team effectiveness.
- Guide and mentor Growth PMs, designers, and engineers.
- Help ensure strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment between teams.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in Growth and/or Product Management roles within the Tech or SaaS industry.
- Experience managing or leading Product teams or Growth initiatives.
- Background working in US markets or international environments.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Business, or related field.
- Good level of English.
