We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our team in the tourism sector.

The position focuses on client portfolio management, sales of travel products, and comprehensive customer support, with a strong emphasis on service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships, loyalty, and high satisfaction levels.
• Sell domestic travel packages and Galápagos Islands cruises, in alignment with established commercial objectives.

• Design, prepare, and quote customized travel packages according to client needs and preferences.

• Provide end-to-end customer support before, during, and after the trip, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data management, reporting, and presentations.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Compensation:
